What if I don't turn in my homework on time?
Late work will be accepted but will be automatically docked 10%.
--------------------------------------
When can I meet with you to have a meeting or receive help?
I am available before and after school to meet with you. It helps if you can
give me a heads up either in class or by email.
--------------------------------------
How will I know what we are doing this week in case I am absent?
Usually, each homeroom assigns homework buddies to gather materials for you
when you are absent. I will also post our schedule of activities, homework,
and test dates under the category of "homework" on this website for you to
access in case you are absent.
Remember that I also pass out a Chapter outlook at the beginning of every
chapter that will provide you with a "road map" (activities, homework, tests,
etc.) in hard copy format.

How can I find out my grade at any given time?
If you would like to know your grade throughout the quarter you will need to
make an appointment to see me before or after school. I would be happy to go
over your grade with you and offer any help or suggestions I can.
--------------------------------------
Do you offer extra credit?
I do not offer extra credit but I do offer my help with going over study
guides if you meet with me on you time (before or after school).
--------------------------------------
What can I do if I lost my study guide?
Ask a friend if you can make a photocopy of theirs or come and see me.
--------------------------------------
How can I contact you if I have any questions outside of school?
You can reach my office at (415) 731-8400 and enter Extension 125 when asked.
If I am not available you can leave a voice message and I will check the
message the next school day.
I can also be reached by email at avincent@stceciliaschool.org.
I will also do my best to return your email the next school day.

What is the best way to study for tests?
You can do four things to study for tests:
1) Read and re-read the chapter carefully.
2) Go over corrected homework sheets and study the questions and your answers.
3) Study your Powerpoint notes.
4) Go over your study guide.
