The following is a copy of the letter being sent home from the meeting.
We are less than 4 months away from our trip to D.C. & Pennsylvania. We currently have 75 participants. If you know of anyone thinking about going, talk to them right away. We are running out of time and there are only 2 spaces left. I would hate to see anyone that wants to go miss out. Parents are welcome to join us!
Although it is still too far out for flight information, we do know that we will be flying the red-eye Tuesday May 29 and returning the evening of Sunday June 3.
Please keep up with the monthly payments. In years past individuals have been dropped because several months pass by without a payment being made. USA Educational Adventures will call before doing this, but often the messages get missed.
Important dates:
Final payments are due March 15th
Roommate meetings will be at lunch the end of March.
Parent/Student re-departure meeting will be Monday May 21 6:30pm in the multi.
This meeting is mandatory for both student and parent. We will be
collecting forms, going over last minute details, and reviewing rules &
consequences.
Student pre-departure meeting will be before promotion during the last day of school. Last day of school May25th.
We leave the evening of Tuesday May 29. (normally meet at PJHS around 6pm)
Return very late Sunday June 3rd
