Stepping Stones Transition Services is a program designed to meet the needs of any student with an Individualized Education Plan. In accomodating our students we offer flexible scheduling to provide assistance in post-secondary education, vocational exploration and interpersonal/social skills. Our goal is to teach the importance of the skills needed to enjoy a healthy and independent life.
