Dear Parents and Alumni,
Following are some volunteer oportunities:
**December 4 - take attendance before and after the concert;
help set up the stage before the concert;
bring 2-3 dozen cookies to concert;
bring 1-2 gallons apple juice to concert;
pass out a snack after the concert;
collect donations before or after the concert;
help put away equipment and chairs after the concert
**December - organize fruit fundraiser
bookkeeping for fruit fundraiser
**December-April - bookkeeping finances for spring trip
contact homes re: trip updates and information
April 16-19 - chaperone Colorado Springs trip

Calling committee (call parents when volunteers are needed &
initiate a calling tree if needed when groups are traveling)
