Reading

Reading lessons in the resource room include the elements of 
phonological awareness, sight vocabulary, fluency, retelling, 
comprehension, and decoding. In addition, we have added the SRA Direct Instruction 
Program. We continue to focus on the power strands for reading comprehension.
