St. Matthew's has done some GREAT theater in the past and this year should be no exception! In 2003 we began our current theater program with a rousing production of THE SCHEME OF THE DRIFTLESS SHIFTER, a funny classic melodrama. At Easter, 2004 we produced a beautiful production of GODSPELL. In December of that same year, the church rang with our musical adaptation of THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT, EVER! 2005/2006 was a "dark period" (that means we were taking a break) for St. Matt's theater, but the new Mass Choir had several great concerts. In January of 2007 we had an outstanding production of the musical "The Wonderful Wizard." In May of 2008 we had a rousing production of Alice in Wonderland. This Month we are presenting HONK!, the wonderful musical based on the story of the Ugly Duckling.
