American Government is a semester course required for graduation.
Topics and areas covered are: the principles of governement, the
Constitution and the 3 branches of governement (legislative, executive, and
judicial). Curren events will also be included.
Economics is a semester course required for graduation. Topics and
areas covered are: the principles of capitalism, supply and demand, and
micro/macro economics.
Grades will be based on tests, projects, homework, class work, chapter
tests, research paper, and group assignments. Grades will be averaged
according to the Broward County Grading Scale.
