SCRIP
The Scrip program is a unique fundraiser that NOW allows you to keep 100% of
the profit as a tuition credit. Under this program we order gift
certificates and gift cards from many of the most popular local and national
retailers. You pay the full face value for them. The difference (% credit
give varying by vendor) is maintained in an account number under your name.
The tuition credit will now be given on a quarterly basis. You will also
have
the option to donate it to the Caring/Christmas Connection, your child's
classroom or leaving in the SCRIP account to cover the administrative costs.
The minimum amount of accrued tuition credit is $10.00.
The tuition credit will be given for 2008-2009 as follows:
Decembers tuition - return credit form by November 20, 2008
April's tuition - return credit form by March 20, 2009
Augusts' tuition - return credit form by July 20, 2009
Please check the schedule for order/delivery dates.
SCRIP orders are placed on Monday and delivered on Thursday or Friday.
Plan
your purchases and order gift certificates/gift cards based on your weekly
need. The stores/businesses that are available are ones that you use on a
regular basis. This is an easy way to earn tuition credit.
The administrative costs of the program will be paid for by H&S Assoc.

without the fuss and the last minute shopping to find the items they will
need from the required list.

SILENT/LIVE AUCTION
A wonderful fundraiser featuring live auction art items made by our very own
students and MANY items donated from stores, restaurants and individuals in
and out of Tallahassee. There is something for everyone.
The evening includes dinner and drinks, musical entertainment, fellowship
with TCS staff, other Trinity families and their family and friends, and
lively bidding on both silent and live auction items. A great Friday night
out for the parents of TCS.
For more information regarding the auction, check out the Silent/Live
Auction
page.

SALLY FOSTER
Our earliest fundraiser that begins on Orientation Day. Sally Foster offers
gift wrap paper and other small gifts for the holidays. Students take
orders until mid-September and deliver the merchandise in October.
One of our oldest and most successful fundraisers. Great opportunity for
enterprising and energetic students to be involved in raising funds for our
school.
If you choose to order online between August and January, please use our
school code to ensure that we receive credit for your order. #360185

the Holidays. This year's event will be held Tuesday, December 2nd -
Thursday, December 4th.
The parish hall is transformed into a store full of merchandise that can be
purchased for $1.25.
If you would like to assist children while they are shopping be sure to look
for volunteer opportunities in the school newsletter.

GARAGE SALE
Need to do some spring cleaning? Trinity holds an annual garage sale in the

your child has outgrown and bring it to our garage sale.
You may not want it anymore, but chances are someone else would love it.
