I have been teaching for sixteen years, the last eight at KMHS. I am very
fortunate to be teaching Magnet Accelerated Math 1 and 2 this
year.
I have a business background, which influences my desire to keep your
learning meaningful. I worked for Westin Hotels and The Ritz-Carlton Hotels
before becoming a teacher. I have two sons. The oldest just finished his
freshman year of college and the younger will be a senior at KMHS this
year. The most important thing for you to know about me is that I love
teaching, I enjoy my students, and I will always be dedicated to your
learning.
I wish the following for my students:
To be challenged to think beyond rote memorization and repetition.
To learn to think and work independantly.
To score extremely high on standardized tests.
To leave with a good reference tool to help you study for the SAT.
To enjoy learning math.
