I'm generally a laid back person.I have a wonderful 18
year old daughter named Laney who is attending TCU this fall. I was born in
Illinois and lived most of my childhood floating back and forth
between Kansas and Illinois. I now travel back and forth between Kansas and
Georgia to check on my rental property. In my free time I enjoy going to
movies, reading books, walks along the beach, cut flowers, remodeling. Last
summer, my daughter and I went on a cruise and last April we explored to Rome
and Athens,Greece. This summer we traveled to Texas numerous times and to
several beaches in TX and FL. I now officially have the traveling bug!!
I recently received my doctorial degree from Argosy University in
Sarasota. I graduated from Emporia State University in Kansas with a
Bachelors degree in Elementary Ed with a Minor in Early Childhood. I later
received two Masters degrees in Administration and Education. During my 25
years in the education field, I have had the pleasure of teaching grades 1st-
5th, 4 years as a computer lab instructor, 2 years in adult education and was
an administrator at the Community College Level.
