Reminder Wed, Sept 23:

Conexiones: Oraciones usando 15 palabraas nuevas.

Read Pret/Imp comparisons and do actvities 1-29 and &1-30.

AP students bring Triangulo to class.

Level 4 - Also practice any verb conjugation you are weak on in the present or preterite

Finish discussing and analyzing the short stories of Sabine Ulibarri. Make sure to turn in all your work. This includes the vocabulary sentences you were to do and the translation assigned on Monday the 21st.

Compare uses of the Preterite and Imperfect tenses. Do activities from Conexiones.

Remember you owe me sentences fromthe first half of Chapter 1 and you should do the second half this week for a quiz on Friday.

Test on Tuesday the 29th covering all of chapter 1; the stories and vocabulary for chapter one and (for AP)the triangulo chapter.

Essay assignment on stories

Do all corrections in your journal entries.

AP students should be done those activites in Triangulo assigned 2 weeks ago. We are going to do listening activites in class and there will be a vocabulary usage activity for a grade at the end of the week.

week of September 4th:

Journal writing in class - "Cómo pasó el último fin de semana."

We will be reviewing the past tenses and narrating in the past. From Conexiones review the formation of all preterite and imperct tense and do the workbook activities WB 27 - 31.

Review new vocabuary and do coordinating activities in workbook and textbook.

Choose a "leyenda" o un "cuento" de the textbook companion site , read it ; do the activity required in the 1-22 example as far as listing the verbs and be prepared to give an oral narration of your story, with illustrations on Friday. You will not read your narration but reltell the story in ypur own words basedo n ypur visuals.

AP Spanish- Vocabulary lesson and all activities on El ocio with a quiz next Friday Sseptember 18.
