| The Mission of the North Platte Public Schools is Student Learning,
Student Achievement, and Student Success. With that as our guiding
principle, North Platte Public Schools has an obligation to provide for the
individual needs of all students; therefore, learners with high ability must
be provided with learning opportunities consistent with their extraordinary
ability and potential.
Our goals for this year are to identify students, involve parents and
community, provide enrichment and challenging academic opportunities for
elementary students, offer staff development for teachers, and create
support groups for our high ability learners.
