Teaching for me is not just a job. It has always been one of the
pleasures in my life. As a professional I hold various certifications. I am
a certified Elementary Ed. teacher, grades K-8, as well as a Teacher of
the Handicapped, grades K-12. I also hold certifications in social
studies and my specialty which is reading. My Masters Degree in
reading qualifies me as a reading evaluator and consultant, as well as
a reading supervisor.
I truly enjoy sharing my love of reading with my students everyday.
Discovery is an essential part of learning. Discovery gives ownership
to new ideas. By the time this school year is over, each student
should find themselves to be capable, connected, and a contributor to
their own self discovery.
