Ms. Illions graduated Summa Cum Laude from Monmouth University with a
Bachelors degree in Education and Psychology. She was recognized with the
honor of receiving the highest GPA in her graduating class in the Education
Department. She then received her Masters degree in Education with an ESL
Endorsement at Monmouth University. She was the proud recipient of the Phi
Delta Kappa Honor Society Scholarship Award due to her excellence in
education. Ms. Illions began teaching second grade in the
Sayreville School District in 2004. After teaching second grade for two
years, she then became a third grade teacher and has been teaching third grade
ever since. She truly has a love for teaching and learning.
When Ms. Illions has free time she enjoys spending it with her family and
friends. She also enjoys reading good books and watching and playing sports.
Her favorite baseball team is the NY Mets!
