1) To develop a deeper understanding of America's music;
2) To foster music's important role in the enrichment of the human spirit;
3) To inspire and promote future activities in music;
4) To develop an understanding and appreciation for music from all over the
world.
5) To allow music into EVERYONE's life, not just a select few.
