All Students

Student Responsibilities: Certain responsibilities go along with the
privilege of checking out a library book. We will discuss these
responsibilities with your students over the course of the year. We would
appreciate your support in this effort, which you can provide in the
following ways:

Book Care: Library books are to be taken care of. Library books should stay
dry and clean. A special place in the house should be designated the "School
Library Book Place". Ideally, this place should be separate from places
where you keep family books and books from other libraries. This place
should also be in an area that is safe from pets and very young children. If
a library book is damaged, please make sure it is returned immediately so it
can be repaired in the library. If a library book is lost or damaged beyond
repair, please contact us by sending a note to school with your child
addressed to the library. Thank you for your support.
