Mission For The Class

Government class is a preparation for active participatory 
citizenship.  Thus, students will engage in discussions of current 
events, attend public meetings, participate in community service as 
well as learn the fundamental principles of American Government. 

Introduction to Law is a course designed to give students an overview of the 
legal profession.  The class is taught in a college level format and will 
cover key components of criminal and civil law.  Students will be responsible 
for their learning in this class by taking part in mock trials, professional 
interviews, cooperative learning projects, and field trips.
