Hello,
My name is Keri Jubak and this is my eleventh year at Norwalk Catholic
School and my 14th of teaching. Each year brings more excitement and
challenges.
My husband, Rich is a Norwalk native and we have been married
for ten years. Rich is co-owner of Reflective Real Estate. He
manufactures real estate signs, road signs and decals.
We have two children, Chase who is 8 and will be in third grade this year
and Janel, who is 5 and will be in kindergarten.
I graduated from Terra Community College with a degree in Early Childhood
Education. I have taken continuing education courses at Terra, Firelands
College and Toledo University. I am curently taking night classes at
Firelands to work towards my BA in education.
When I am not teaching I enjoy reading, runnng half marathons and
exercising with my family.
I am looking forward to meeting you and your children. I have
a great year planned with your help:).
To create an environment in which all preschoolers are valued and can learn
effectively. This is accomplished by guiding the children through
developmentally appropriate learning experiences such as realistic
exploration and questioning. Children are given the opportunity to learn
and explore God's love for us as well as experiencing a personal
relationship with Christ.
All my friends in preschool will be regarded as unique individuals with
different needs, personalities, talents, and learning styles. The whole
child will be educated as they are prepared for Kindergarten. They will
grow physically, socially, and spiritually in a fun and nurturing
environment. This is accomplished through religious education, large and
small group discussion, individual exploration, and student inquiry.
