Read the scenarios and identify which Canadian court would hear the case.


Part C ~ "I object, your Honour!" (Application, 4 marks)

Imagine that you are Crown Attorney in a “ hit & run" trial.  The Defense 
Attorney is really getting on your nerves—she’s asking questions that simply 
aren’t allowed, and doesn't seem to stop even when the judge shoots her down  
You're going to have to be vigilant.  

A key eye witness is on the stand:  a stay-at-home mom who just happened to 
be at the intersection at the time of the accident. For each of the 
outrageous questions below, give the name of the objection that you would 
raise. You may use an answer more than once.


Part D ~ What happens when? (Thinking, 10 marks)

The list below appears in ALPHABETICAL ORDER.  Re-arrange it so that the 
events are listed in proper SEQUENTIAL ORDER.  Some items have already been
