COMPLETE SENTENCES?
Is the group of words a complete sentence? Write Yes or No after each

UNDERLINE THE NOUNS
Here’s some help: In each sentence, there will be three or four nouns and
they will always be in alphabetical order. The first sentence has been done

CONTRACTIONS
Combine each pair of italicized words into a single contraction. Remember
that the apostrophe is located where letters have been removed. The first one
has been done for you.

The Tense of a Verb
The tense of a verb is its time: past, present, or future.
Past tense: I rode my bike to school.
Present tense: I ride my bike to school.
Future tense: I will ride my bike to school. (Sometimes "shall" is used
instead of "will".
