The 2008-09 school year will be my 17th as librarian. I also went to school
at TVJA from 1958 through 1964, my 3rd - 10th grades. Yikes.
I want the library to be a welcoming place where students
can
mingle,
create AND learn. I think the library is the heart of the school. There is
alot to be
excited about and alot to learn. When we feel excited and curious about
the
world
around us, we can open our minds and enjoy learning.
We offer over 8,000 items in our collection. Most items are books, of
course, but we
also invite you to explore our selection of videos, books on tape,
magazines
and art/
craft options.
