Supply List

Please DO NOT write names on the top items of the supply list; They 
are to be shared.

Bring a hanful of pictures to your family session that we can use to 
cut or paste in projects.  One of the 
family and a handful of pictures that mean something to your child 
such as photos of family, friends, pets, favorite things, or 
favorite adventures.	

School will order:
1	Yellow T-shirt (oversized) for field trips
1	Take-home Backpack
1	Single Pocket File 
 
Emergency/Disaster Kit Items: Very Important!
Clothing: Label each item of clothing.  Clothing needs to be placed 
in a large zip-lock bag with a visible name label on the outside.  
Please exchange clothing items during the year…seasons change and so 
do children’s sizes.  Shoes: Shoes will be used for emergencies; 
they should be inexpensive.  Please help your child learn how to tie 
their shoes over the summer.  If they have not developed that skill 
please consider Velcro shoes.  Please check to make sure shoestrings 
are of good quality and do not come untied easily.  No loose shoe 
strings, thongs or flip-flops are to be worn at school because of 
safety issues. To prevent serious accidents shoe laces that come 
untied repeatedly will be banned from school.
Rest time blanket: will be needed, it should be small and thin.  No 
pillows
Yellow T-shirt: These T-shirts will be used to wear over clothing 
for field trips.
Take-Home Backpack: Because of limited space, PLEASE no regular 
sized backpacks.  The take-home backpacks will be ordered by the 
school.  A couple of large grocery bags with student’s names on them 
should be left at school for student to carry large items home in if 
necessary.
 1    bottle of Tacky glue
 1    roll of scotch tape
 2    8 count boxes Crayola crayons
 1    washable watercolor set
 2    10 count boxes Crayola markers
 2    packages of baby wipes
 1    package of plastic spoons
 1    bottle of fabric or puffy paint (any color)
 1    box of Kleenex tissue
 1    gallon bottle of 100% fruit juice (bring monthly for juice breaks)
 2    packages of 5oz paper cups
 2    4oz bottles of Elmer’s glue
 1    #2 pencil
 4    colorful gel pens
 1    Disinfecting wipes
 1    eraser
 4    glue sticks
 1    4 ct. pack of AA batteries
     * Do write names on the following:
 1    small thin-rest time blanket
 1    complete change of clothing (replace seasonally)
 1    pair of inexpensive gym shoes
 1    Granola Bar
 1    hand magnifier
 1    rounded edge garden shovel
