| The newsletter will be graded using the Newsletter Rubric of which you
have a copy. You can also find it in the Grading Rubric icon at the bottom
of the WebQuest page or the top of this page.
You will be using the techniques learned in English class on how to gather
information from an article and rewrite it into a good 1-3 paragraph article
in your own words.

Notes for English - Friday, February 2
Rough draft for English - Monday, February 12
Final Draft ready for typing for Social Studies - February 22
Final Copy of newsletter - due March 2
It is very important that you work closely with your group members to ensure
that your group grade is the best it can be. That includes proofreading
each other's work for both grammar and content and making sure that your
articles flow from one page to another, if necessary.
REMEMBER: This is a group grade. The grade includes checking each other's
work carefully and suggesting changes if necessary. Cooperation is very
important!
