What is expected of students in Communications I or II?

Basic English students have the same responsibilities that other
grade-level students have. The Basic English curriculum is
modified to accommodate students' academic and individual needs.
Students must complete required work, study for tests, and pass
benchmark assessments for this class with at least a 60%.

Why hasn't my child received a progress report?

I don't know. I send progress reports (good, bad, or average)
to every student's home each marking period. Students also have
access to their grades on eschoolbook; they can see what work
they are missing, and they can make an effort to catch up. If
you did not see your child's progress report, call the guidance
counselor to get an update immediately. In the event that the
administration requests that we do not send progress reports to
all students, this message will be changed.
