Extra Credit

QUESTION:

Amanda went for a morning swim while on vacation to Myrtle Beach.  She swam  
200 meters from the shore.  Her swim out took her 8 minutes and the swim back 
to shore took her half as long.  How fast was she swimming?  How fast was the 
current of the water?
