- Peonouns and Antecedents
- A pronoun is a word that takes the place of one or more nouns.
- The antecedent of a pronoun is the noun or nouns to which the pronoun
refers.
- A pronoun should agree with its antecedent. It should show the same
number and gender that the antecedent shows.
