Daily Reflections

Tuesday of the Fourteenth Week in Ordinary Time - Year A, Book I

Today we recommit ourselves to praying for priestly and religious vocations. We hear the words of God spoken through Matthew, “The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few; so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest.”

I believe as you all must that Christ is working in the vineyard and there are many who do not know the step to take in their journey toward heaven. We need more young people to see past the busyness and noise of this world and take the courage to become priests or to live a consecrated life dedicated to prayer and charity.

Join me in offering at this Mass our parish intention for our young people, for seminarians, for priests and those in consecrated life, may they be faithful in their love and service.
