Blessed Mother of those whose names you can read in my heart, watch over them  with every care. Make their way easy and their labors fruitful. Dry their tears if they weep, sanctify their joys, raise their courage if they weaken, restore their hope if they lose heart, their health if they be ill, truth if they err, repentance if they fall. Amen

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I kneel, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy hear and answer them. Amen.

I believe that You, O Jesus, are the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You and desire You. Come into my heart. I embrace You. Never leave me. May the burning and most sweet power of Your Love, O Lord Jesus Christ, absorb my mind that I may die through love of Your Love, Who were graciously pleased to die through Love of my love. Amen.

Prayer for asking graces through the intercession of the Servant of God, Pope John Paul II

O Blessed Trinity
We thank You for having graced the Church
with Pope John Paul II
and for allowing the tenderness of your Fatherly care,
the glory of the cross of Christ,
and the splendor of the Holy Spirit,
to shine through him.
Trusting fully in Your infinite mercy
and in the maternal intercession of Mary,
he has given us a living image of Jesus the Good Shepherd,
and has shown us that holiness
is the necessary measure of ordinary Christian life
and is the way of achieving eternal communion with you.
Grant us, by his intercession, and according to Your will,
the graces we implore,
hoping that he will soon be numbered
among your saints.
Amen.

With ecclesiastical approval
Cardinal Camillo Ruini
Vicar General, Diocese of Rome

Look down upon me, good and gentle Jesus, while before Your face I humbly kneel. And with burning soul, pray and beseech You to fix deep in my heart lively sentiments of faith, hope and charity, true contrition for my sins and a firm purpose of amendment. And while I contemplate Your five precious wounds, I call to mind that which David said of You my Jesus, "They have pierced my hands and my feet. They have numbered all my bones." Amen.

Take, O Lord, and receive my entire liberty, my memory, my understanding and my whole will. All that I am and all that I possess You have given me: I surrender it
all to You to be disposed of according to Your will. Give me only Your love and Your grace; with these I will be rich enough, and will desire nothing more.
