I got my bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of
Pittsburgh at Johnstown. I taught 1st and 2nd grade at George G. Blaisdell
Elementary School for 5 years. Then I earned my master's degree in library
science and information technologies from Mansfield University. This is my
fourth year as teacher librarian!
I live way out in the country by the Bradford Airport with my husband,
Allen, our active 4 year old boy, Spencer, and 2 year old girl, Sophie. We
live in a newly built house in which we did all of the work ourselves since
my husband is a carpenter. My hobbies are reading, hunting, walking,
playing the piano, and interior decorating, not to mention playing with my
kids!
To become independent seekers of information...and to have fun all the way!
