REGISTRATION FOR NEW FAMILIES

New Family Registration for Pre-K & Kindergarten is currently in progress. Families with Pre-K & Kindergarten children may call the school to schedule an appointment for a tour and to complete registration. Registration for new families with children in Grades 1st through 8th will begin on Monday, February 13th from 9:30 am - 11:30 am and 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Please refer to our registration link for further enrollment information and required forms.

2011 School Forms - Release and Emergency Card
Release and Emergency Card forms are available as PDF-Fillable forms. When you click on the link, you are directed you to the forms section of the webpage. Open the 2011 School Forms, type in your information and print the form for your child. If you have multiple children, change the child specific information and print it again. Do not forget to complete the student and parent signature lines after you have printed the document. These forms need to be completed and turned into the office by Sept, 8th
