We are going to make compost!Mark your calendar - Valentines Party is scheduled for Tuesday, February 14th 9:30-10:30.I have been talking with the kids about editing their work. I am still seeing A LOT of mistakes in our writing that could be fixed if they would check over their work...especially asking themselves, "does this sentence make sense...do I have the correct capitalization and punctuation?" I encourage them to practice writing at home ~ either journaling or just making sentences with their spelling words to start creating good writing habits. Classroom Box Tops competition still going on! Send them in!! We have a chance of winning a private viewing of the next Book Fair as well as a popcorn party.
