About The Teacher

Welcome to our web site!  I am in my 3rd year of teaching and am very 
excited about our year!  I have previously used my talents as a 
Speech/Language Therapist in the school setting and a Children's Minister at 
our church before deciding to enter the classroom.

I graduated from Rio Vista HS in 1984.
I graduated from Abilene Christian University in 1988.
I received my Masters from Lubbock Christian University in Dec. 2007.
 
Husband:  Chris is a computer programmer.
Children:  Two, Garrett and Madeline.
Pets:  Dog, Rosie
        2 hermit crabs, Sunset and Stripes

Besides my family, some of my favorite things are:
Hobby:  scrapbooking; photographing my kiddos; camping
Color:  red
Food:  Mexican; I LOVE salsa and chips; spagetti from Orlando's, with Creamy
       Italian dressing
Junk food:  Diet Coke, popcorn, chocolate chip cookies (soft), McDonald's
            fries,
